益气通脉汤联合西药治疗老年气虚血瘀型心绞痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察35例老年气虚血瘀型心绞痛患者益气通脉汤联合西医治疗的临床疗效。方法将70例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组35例。对照组按照相关指南规范应用抗心绞痛治疗方案;治疗组在对照组基础上服用益气通脉汤,疗程为28 d。比较2组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、舌下脉络积分、6 min步行试验、心绞痛发作情况。结果2组患者中医证候疗效比较,治疗组总有效率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后中医证候积分、舌下脉络积分、6 min步行试验、心绞痛发作情况均有明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气通脉汤联合西药治疗能明显缓解老年气虚血瘀型心绞痛患者临床症状,改善气虚证候,提高生活质量。Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of Yiqi Tongmai decoction combined with western medicine in treating angina pectoris of qi deficiency and blood stasis type for 35 cases.Methods 70 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 35 cases in each group.According to the relevant guidelines,the control group was given the anti⁃angina treatment plan,and the treatment group was given Yiqi Tongmai decoction on the basis of the control group,with a course of 28 days.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,sublingual vein score,six⁃minute walking test and angina pectoris attack were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome score,supraglingual choroid score,six⁃minute walking test and angina attack were significantly improved in both groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Tongmai decoction combined with western medicine can obviously relieve the clinical symptoms of elderly patients with angina pectoris of qi deficiency and blood stasis,improve the symptoms of qi deficiency and the quality of life.
