摘　　要：麻黄汤出自《伤寒杂病论》,是发汗解表第一方,临床多用于风寒郁滞腠理导致的经络不通和肺气失宣等外感疾病的治疗。笔者通过在仲景书院研修班的学习及临证,对陈明教授及马桂琴教授的思想伏阁受读,通过自己学、读经典的感悟,归纳麻黄汤的病症特点,临证中谨守病机,分别合枳术汤、四物汤、半夏白术天麻汤、五苓散治疗今病取得了良好效果,与各位同道分享。Mahuang decoction,derived from Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Miscellaneous Diseases,is the first prescription for relieving exterior syndrome by diaphoresis.It is mainly used in clinical treatment of exogenous diseases such as blockage of meridians caused by wind chill and stagnation,and loss of circulation of lung qi.In this essay,by studying and reflections on the thoughts of Professor Chen Ming and Professor Ma Guiqin about the Mahuang decoction in the seminar of Zhongjing Academy,combined with theirs own understanding of learning and reading the classics,the authors summarized the characteristics of Mahuang decoction and put it into use.In clinical practice,the authors has been achieve good results in treating diseases by combining Zhizhu decoction,Siwu decoction,Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction and Wuling powder.
