强化情志护理的辨证施护缓解产后宫缩痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中医辨证施护及情志护理在缓解经产妇产后宫缩痛中的效果。方法选取2020年2月—2021年6月在医院住院治疗产后宫缩痛的84例经产妇患者,依据随机数字表法均分为对照组42例和观察组42例。对照组给予责任制助产一对一常规西医护理,观察组加以中医辨证施护及情志护理,观察2组产妇住院时间、宫缩疼痛评分(VAS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分以及护理满意度情况。结果研究组产妇住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05),分娩后24 h、7 d、14 d的VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),SAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组产妇护理满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医辨证施护及情志护理缓解经产妇产后宫缩痛具有显著的临床效果,有助于缩短住院时间、减轻焦虑,总体提升护理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome differentiation nursing and emotional nursing on alleviating postpartum uterine contraction pain.Methods 84 cases of postpartum uterine contraction pain hospitalized in Yongxiu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2020 to June 2021 were randomly divided into the control group of 42 cases and the observation group of 42 cases.The control group was given one⁃to⁃one routine western medicine nursing of any system midwifery,and the observation group was given TCM syndrome differentiation nursing and emotional nursing.The hospital stay,uterine contraction pain score(VAS),self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed.Results The duration of hospitalization in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),the VAS score at 24 hours,7 and 14 days after delivery was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the SAS score was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The maternal care satisfaction rate of the research group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM syndrome differentiation nursing and emotional nursing have significant clinical effect in alleviating postpartum uterine contraction pain,which is helpful to shorten hospital stay,reduce anxiety and improve nursing satisfaction.
