摘　　要：白塞病(Behçet’s disease,BD)是一种慢性全身血管炎症性疾病,以复发性口腔溃疡、生殖器溃疡、眼炎三联征为临床特征,属于中医“狐惑病”范畴。中医药在长期临床实践中取得了较好的疗效,此文从单药及复方药理研究、病因病机、辨证论治、分期论治、分型论治几个方面对近年来白塞病的中医药治疗进展进行总结,探求中医药治疗白塞病的优势。Behçet’s disease is a chronic systemic vascular inflammatory disease.It is characterized by recurrent oral ulcers,genital ulcers and ophthalmia.It belongs to the category of“Huhuo disease”in traditional Chinese medicine.Traditional Chinese medicine has achieved good results in long-term clinical practice.This article summarizes the progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Behcet’s disease in recent years from the aspects of single-drug and compound pharmacological research,etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation treatment,treatment by stage,and treatment by type,which explores the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in treating Behçet’s disease.
