摘 要:粉煤灰-矿渣地聚合物材料作为硬化露天矿山运输道路的黏结剂具有强度高、通车速度快的特点,并且可以消耗矿山工业圈内产生的固废,是未来有望规模性应用的矿山环保、高效、经济的筑路材料。为研究粉煤灰-矿渣基地聚合物疲劳强度,设计了粉煤灰与矿渣的质量比与碱激发剂含量2个变量的对照试验,测试了试样动载荷下的疲劳寿命。试验结果表明,疲劳载荷下地聚合物材料的破坏过程分为3个阶段,分别为压密阶段、弹塑性变形阶段和裂纹扩展阶段。疲劳试验的统计分析结果表明粉煤灰-矿渣地聚合物疲劳破坏概率密度函数服从Weibull分布,粉煤灰的加入增强了材料的疲劳强度,而碱激发剂的掺量对材料疲劳寿命的影响不具备统计意义,可认为对疲劳强度没有影响。最后给出了可供参考的粉煤灰-矿渣地聚合物疲劳寿命方程。With its high pavement strength,fast traffic speed,and ability to consume solid waste produced in the mining industrial circle,flyash-slag geopolymer material is expected to be used as a scale for mine environmental protection as well as efficient and affordable road construction materials in the future.In order to study the fatigue strength of polymer in flyash-slag base,a control test with the mass ratio of flyash-slag and the content of alkali activator was designed to test the fatigue life of the sample under dynamic load.According to the experimental findings,there are three steps in the failure process of geopolymer materials under fatigue load:compaction,elastoplastic deformation,and crack growth.The statistical analysis results of fatigue test show that the fly ash addition increases the material's fatigue strength,but the alkali activator content has no statistically significant impact on the material's fatigue life,so it can be assumed that the content has no effect on the fatigue strength.Finally,the fatigue life equation of flyash-slag geopolymer for reference is provided.
