摘　　要：目的:探索药品价格上涨对基层患者的影响,为医药行业相关政策和临床用药提供参考。方法:提取安徽省某基层医院2017—2019年医院信息系统中药品价格上涨的相关数据,计算药品日均费用(defined daily dose consumption,DDDc),用DDDc变化大小反映药品价格上涨对基层患者经济负担的影响。结果:调查发现共78个品规在调查期间价格上涨,以低价目录为主有54个,占69.23%;33个品规发生2次以上涨价;涨幅前20位的药品有16个是基本药物、18个是注射剂,各占80%和90%;DDDc变化值0.01~170.88元,前20位的药品DDDc变化值均大于10元,且全部为注射剂,其中有9个在急抢救药品目录中。结论:建议相关部门对药品价格制定合理的监管机制,重点监测临床急需和必需的药品,切实降低药品价格,减轻患者药品费用负担。OBJECTIVE To explore the impact of drug price increase on grass-roots patients,and provide a reference for related policies in the pharmaceutical and industryclinical drug use.METHODS The related data of drug price rising in HIS of a basic-level hospital in Anhui Province from 2017 to 2019 were extracted and the defined daily dose consumption(DDDc)was calculated.The change of DDDc was used to reflect the effect of drug price increase on the economic burden of grass-roots patients.RESULTS The survey found that a total of 78 items had price increases during the survey period,with 54 items(69.23%)mainly in low-price catalogues,and 33 items had price increases more than twice.Among the top 20 drugs,16 were essential drugs and 18 were injections,accounting for 80% and 90% respectively.The change value of DDDc was 0.01-170.88 yuan,the first 20 drugs were all over 10 yuan,and all of them were injections,9 of them were emergency medicine catalogue.CONCLUSION This study suggests that the relevant departments should establish a reasonable regulatory mechanism for drug prices,and focus on the monitoring of urgently needed and essential drugs,effectively reduce drug prices,reduce the burden of drug costs for patients.
