摘  要:微针作为一种微创的递送技术,受到科研及医务人员广泛关注。目前医院对生物标志物的检测主要集中在对血样、尿液、粪便等的分析,但当前的方法存在干扰因素多、需要专业人员操作、检测步骤繁琐等问题。微针能够提取体液,或递送诊断试剂,同时与生物传感器集成的微针系统可以实现对生物标志物的实时监测。与传统的诊断方式相比,基于微针的检测设备具有无痛、微创、采样和检测一体化等优点。基于微针的生物标志物检测目前涉及包括癌症、传染病、糖尿病在内的多种疾病,在改善疾病的诊断和治疗效果方面具有很大的前景。因此,该文总结了微针在生物标志物检测领域的最新进展,以期为微针在疾病诊断和监测领域提供新的借鉴。Microneedle as a minimally invasive delivery technique has received wide attention from researchers.In hospital,the detection of biomarkers is currently focused on the analysis of blood samples,urine,and stool,etc.But current methods have many interfering factors,require specialized personnel to operate,and are cumbersome in terms of detection steps.Microneedles can extract body fluids or deliver diagnostic reagents,while microneedle systems integrated with biosensors can achieve real-time monitoring of biomarkers.Compared with traditional diagnostic methods,microneedles have the advantages of being painless,minimally invasive,and integrating sampling and detection.Currently,microneedle-based biomarker detection is involved a variety of diseases including cancer,infectious diseases,and diabetes,and holds great promise for improving the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.Therefore,this review introduces the recent progress of microneedles in the field of bimarker detection to provide new references for microneedles in the field of disease diagnosis and monitoring.
