摘  要:猪苓多糖是从中药猪苓提取的主要活性物质,现代研究表明猪苓多糖具有抗肿瘤、护肝、抗炎和抗纤维化等作用。本研究通过系统收集和整理分析猪苓多糖近20年来的药理作用及机制研究,并加以分析,旨在为未来猪苓多糖的临床应用和机制研究方向提供参考依据。结果表明猪苓多糖的抗肿瘤机制可能与调控细胞周期、调节免疫细胞的功能和影响相关信号通路有关;猪苓多糖可以通过改善肝损伤相关生化指标、抗氧化应激和调节脂质代谢等方面发挥保护肝脏的作用;此外,猪苓多糖还具有降低炎症浸润水平和改善肾、肺等组织纤维化的作用。因此,猪苓多糖对肿瘤、炎症、纤维化等方面的临床防治有着重要意义,其具体作用机制值得进一步深入研究。Polyporus umbellatus polysaccharide(PUPS)is the main active substance extracted from Chinese herbal medicine Polyporus,and modern studies have indicated that PUPS boasts anti-tumor,liver protection,anti-inflammatory and anti-fibrosis effects.In this paper,studies on the pharmacological mechanism of PUPS in the past 20 years were systematically collected and analyzed to provide reference for the clinical application and mechanism research direction of PUPS in the future.The findings showed that the anti-tumor mechanism of PUPS might be associated with regulating cell cycle,adjusting the functions of immune cells and influencing related signaling pathways.PUPS exerted protection effects on liver by improving biochemical indexes related to liver injury,reducing oxidative stress and modulating lipid metabolism.Additionally,PUPS decreased the inflammatory infiltration and improved the fibrosis in kidney and lung tissues.In conclusion,PUPS plays an important role in the clinical prevention and treatment of tumor,inflammation and fibrosis,and its specific mechanism deserves further study.
