基于数据挖掘的《金匮要略》妇人病用药规律分析

摘　　要：目的基于数据挖掘《金匮要略》妇人病相关组方的用药规律。方法收集《金匮要略》中妇科疾病相关的“妊娠”“产后”“杂病”3篇中的方剂,利用Excel建立数据库,借助中医传承辅助平台V 2.5分析其用药频数、四气五味、归经、类别、关联规则和熵聚类等。结果共收集35首有效方剂,涉及中药67味;其中使用频次≥3的中药有20味,位居前5的中药分别是桂枝、白芍、生姜、大枣、当归,药性集中于温、寒、平,药味以甘、苦、辛为主,多数归脾、肝、心经,药类以补虚类及解表类为主;基于关联规则分析得到13组药对,居前5的分别是生姜-大枣、生姜-桂枝、大枣-桂枝、白芍-桂枝、当归-白芍;基于熵聚类分析得10对核心药对、5首新方。结论《金匮要略》妇人病3篇中,多用甘温、补虚类及解表类中药治疗妇科疾病,用药以大枣等补气药,当归、白芍等补血药,桂枝、生姜等解表药为多。通过分析该用药规律,可以为临床合理治疗妇科疾病提供一定的参考。Objective To analyze the medication regularity of relevant prescription in treating women-disease in Synopsis of Golden Chamber based on data mining technology.Methods The prescription in treating women-disease of pregnancy,postpartum and miscellaneous diseases in Synopsis of Golden Chamber was collected.Excel was used to establish a database,and the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System V 2.5 was used to analyze the use frequency,four qi and five taste,channel tropism,category,association rules and entropy clustering,etc.Results A total of 35 prescriptions were selected,involving 67 kinds of drugs,including 20 drugs with frequency≥3 times.The top five were Cinnamomi Ramulus,Paeoniae Radix Alba,Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens,Jujubae Fructus and Angelicae Sinensis Radix.In terms of the medicinal nature,the drugs were mainly warm,cold and flat,the medicinal flavor were mainly sweet,bitter and spicy.Most of them entered into the spleen,liver and heart meridian and were mainly to replenish the deficiency and solve the table.According to the association rules analysis,13 groups of traditional Chinese medicine pairs were obtained,and the top five were Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens-Jujubae Fructus,Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens-Cinnamomi Ramulus,Jujubae Fructus-Cinnamomi Ramulus,Paeoniae Radix Alba-Cinnamomi Ramulus and Angelicae Sinensis Radix-Paeoniae Radix Alba.Six groups of core herbs and three new prescriptions were obtained by the entropy cluster analysis.Conclusion In the three articles of women-disease in Synopsis of Golden Chamber,the traditional Chinese medicine of warm and sweet,tonify deficiency and relieving exterior syndromes are commonly used.Among them,qi-tonifying herbs such as Jujubae Fructus,blood-tonifying herbs such as Angelicae Sinensis Radix and Paeoniae Radix Alba,exteriorreleasing herbs such as Cinnamomi Ramulus and Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens,etc.By analyzing this medication regularity,the results will provide some reference for rational treatment of women-disease in clinic.
