基于数据挖掘探析《景岳全书·杂症谟》治疗吞酸类病的用药规律

摘　　要：目的总结张景岳治疗吞酸、反胃和嘈杂的用药规律及学术思想。方法收集《景岳全书·杂证谟》中的方剂,依托中医传承计算平台V 2.5进行数据统计分析。结果共收录方剂73首,药次60味,使用频次排名前5位分别为:甘草(38)、陈皮(36)、人参(32)、茯苓(26)、干姜(26),药物四气以温、平为主,五味以甘、辛、苦为主,归经以脾经最多,功效以补虚类药最高,核心药物组合54组,药物关联规则26条,聚类分析得到新方6首。结论张景岳治疗吞酸、反胃和嘈杂总以扶阳抑阴,主以温补脾胃、行气导滞、辅以扶正益气、健脾养血、祛湿化痰,用药以甘温、辛苦为主。Objective To summarize Zhang Jingyue’s medication law and academic thought in the treatment of acid regurgitation,regurgitation and gastric discomfort.Methods Collecting the prescriptions in Jing Yue’s Collected Works·Zazhengmo and relying on the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance and calculation platform V 2.5(TCMISS 2.5)to conduct data statistical analysis.Results A total of 73 prescriptions with 60 medicines were included.The top five use frequencies were as follows:Licorice(38),tangerine peel(36),ginseng(32),Poria Cocos(26)and dried ginger(26).The four qi of drugs were mainly warm,and the five flavors were mainly sweet,pungent and bitter.The meridians of spleen were the most,and the efficacy was the highest.There were 54 core drug combinations,26 drug association rules,and 6 new prescriptions were obtained by cluster analysis.Conclusion Zhang Jingyue always treats regurgitation,regurgitation and gastric discomfort by supporting yang and suppressing yin,mainly warming the spleen and stomach,guiding qi and stagnation,supplemented by strengthening qi,strengthening the spleen and nourishing blood,removing dampness and resolving phlegm,and mainly using sweet,warm and hard medicine.
