摘　　要：姚德蛟教授治疗乳腺癌拥有近30年的临床经验,总结其经验是辨病与辨证论治相结合。同时提出个人见解:从预防乳腺癌到治疗早期、中期、晚期乳腺癌,再到预防复发转移全过程中,提出肝郁脾虚为基本病机,冲任失调、肝肾不足为核心病机,确立以疏肝健脾、调理冲任、补益肝肾为主的基本治则,并强调肝郁气滞是乳腺癌情志致病条件,应重视调节气机,同时女子以肝为先天,乙葵同源,调理冲任、补益肝肾也必不可少。姚德蛟教授结合现代医学原理及疾病发展预后,逐渐形成了具有个人特色的中西医结合治疗乳腺癌的思想,为乳腺癌的治疗及防治,改善患者症状、提高生活质量做出个人贡献。Professor Yao Dejiao has nearly 30 years of clinical experience in breast cancer treatment.The summary of his experience is the combination of disease differentiation and treatment based on syndrome differentiation.Professor Yao gives opinion in breast cancer treatment and prevention.The basic causes is liver stagnation and spleen deficiency and the vital causes are chong-ren disorders,and liver and kidney insufficiency.The basic treatment principles are soothing liver and strengthening spleen,regulating chong-ren,and nourishing liver and kidney.Liver qi stagnation is emotional pathogenic conditions,as a result that we should pay more attention to regulate qi.Women are born with the liver,Yikui has the same origin.It is necessary for us to regulate chong-ren and nourish liver and kidney.With combining the principles of modern medicine and the Prognosis of disease progression,Professor Yao Dejiao gradually formed the idea of treating breast cancer with the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine with personal characteristics,and made personal contributions to the treatment and prevention of breast cancer,improving the symptoms of patients and improving the quality of life.
