平肝熄风胶囊联合耳尖放血治疗肝阳上亢型原发性高血压临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察平肝熄风胶囊联合耳尖放血对肝阳上亢型原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法将60例肝阳上亢型原发性高血压患者随机平均分为治疗组和对照组。对照组给予厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予平肝熄风胶囊联合耳尖放血治疗。2组均治疗28 d后,对比2组患者的血压水平及24 h动态血压变化情况、中医证候积分改变情况及治疗后血压和中医证候疗效。结果治疗后,治疗组的中医证候积分、血压、24 h动态血压均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组中医证候疗效、降压疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论平肝熄风胶囊联合耳尖放血治疗肝阳上亢型原发性高血压效果显著,可改善患者症状,更好地控制血压。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Pinggan Xifeng capsule combined with ear tip exsanguination on primary hypertension with hyperactivity of liver yang.Methods 60 cases of primary hypertension with hyperactivity of liver yang were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was treated with irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Pinggan Xifeng capsule combined with ear tip exsanguination on the basis of the control group.The blood pressure level and 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure changes were compared between the two groups after 28 days of treatment,and the changes of TCM syndrome scores were compared between the two groups,and the blood pressure and TCM syndrome effects were observed after treatment.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome score,blood pressure and 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the TCM syndrome effect and antihypertensive effect of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pinggan Xifeng capsule combined with ear tip exsanguination is effective in the treatment of primary hypertension with hyperactivity of liver yang,which can improve the symptoms of patients and control blood pressure better.
