固本止崩汤联合艾灸隐白穴治疗脾虚型崩漏临床观察

摘　　要：目的讨论固本止崩汤联合艾灸隐白穴治疗脾虚型崩漏临床疗效。方法选择84例脾虚型崩漏患者,采用随机数字表法分成2组,42例对照组给予黄体酮胶囊治疗,42例观察组给予固本止崩汤联合艾灸隐白穴治疗,比较2组临床总有效率、中医证候积分、止血时间、安全性及复发率。结果观察组治疗后临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),出血时间、经色经质、面色白光白及四肢不温中医证候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05),止血时间短于对照组(P<0.05),随访3个月复发率低于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论固本止崩汤联合艾灸隐白穴可缓解脾虚型崩漏患者临床症状,缩短出血时间,预防复发,值得临床推广。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Guben Zhibing decoction combined with moxibustion at Yinbai(SP1)in the treatment of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis of spleen deficiency type.Methods Eighty-four patients with metrorrhagia and metrostaxis of spleen deficiency type were randomly divided into two groups.42 cases in the control group were treated with progesterone capsules,and 42 cases in the observation group were treated with Guben Zhibing decoction combined with Yinbai(SP1)moxibustion.The clinical effective rate,TCM syndrome score,hemostasis time,safety and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the clinical total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes of bleeding time,menstrual color and quality,pale complexion and warm limbs were all lower than those of control group(P<0.05),the time of hemostasis was shorter than that of control group(P<0.05),the recurrence rate of 3 months of follow-up was lower than that of control group(P<0.05),and there was no statistical significance in the incidence of adverse reactions compared with control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Guben Zhibing decoction combined with moxibustion at Yinbai(SP1)can relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with metrorrhagia and metrostaxis of spleen deficiency type,shorten the bleeding time,prevent recurrence,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
