热敏灸联合盆底肌康复仪治疗产后压力性尿失禁临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨热敏灸联合盆底肌康复仪治疗产后压力性尿失禁临床观察。方法将84例2020年6月—2021年12月在资溪县妇幼保健院接受治疗的产后压力性尿失禁患者,按照抓阄法随机分为对照组和观察组,各42例,对照组仅给予常规盆底肌康复训练,观察组予以热敏灸联合盆底肌康复仪治疗,8周后比较2组效果。结果观察组治疗后总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),1 h尿垫试验漏尿量和治疗4周、8周和12周后24 h尿失禁次数均少于对照组(P<0.05),盆底肌电活力值、最大收缩值、持续收缩值以及盆底肌力等级,PMUC和PVLP均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论热敏灸联合盆底肌康复仪可改善产后压力性尿失禁患者尿动力学和盆底肌功能,缓解尿失禁症状。Objective To investigate the clinical observation of thermal moxibustion combined with pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation instrument in the treatment of postpartum stress urinary incontinence.Methods A total of 84 patients with postpartum stress urinary incontinence who received treatment in Zixi County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the random lot method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was only given routine pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training,and the observation group was given thermal moxibustion combined with pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation instrument.After 8 weeks,the effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the urine leakage of the pad test at 1 h and the frequency of urinary incontinence at 24 h after 4,8 and 12 weeks of treatment were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),the value of pelvic floor electrical activity,the maximum contraction value,the continuous contraction value and the grade of pelvic floor muscle strength.PMUC and PVLP were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Thermal moxibustion combined with pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation instrument can improve the urodynamics and pelvic floor muscle function of patients with postpartum stress urinary incontinence and relieve the symptoms of urinary incontinence.
