羚角钩藤汤结合西医治疗小儿热性惊厥发作临床研究

摘　　要：目的探究羚角钩藤汤结合西医治疗小儿热性惊厥发作临床效果。方法从乐平市中医医院收治的热性惊厥患儿中选取84例,使用Excel随机分为2组,42例对照组给予西医治疗,42例观察组给予羚角钩藤汤结合西医治疗,比较2组临床总有效率、发热持续时间和惊厥持续时间、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)和髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)水平以及复发率。结果观察组治疗后临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),发热持续时间和惊厥持续时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),血清NSE和MBP水平低于对照组(P<0.05),复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论羚角钩藤汤结合西医治疗可缩短热性惊厥患儿发热持续时间和惊厥持续时间,降低复发率,其作用机制可能与下调NSE和MBP有关。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Lingjiao Gouteng decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of febrile convulsion in children.Methods Eighty-four children with febrile convulsions in Leping Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into two groups using Excel.Forty-two cases in the control group were treated with Western medicine,and 42 cases in the observation group were treated with Lingjiao Gouteng decoction combined with Western medicine.The total clinical response rate,duration of fever and convulsion,levels of neuron-specific enolase(NSE)and myelin basic protein(MBP),and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the duration of fever and convulsion was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05),the serum NSE and MBP levels were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Lingjiao Gouteng decoction combined with Western medicine can shorten the duration of fever and convulsion and reduce the recurrence rate in children with febrile convulsion.The mechanism may be related to the down-regulation of NSE and MBP.
