中医脾胃与胆碱能神经相关性的研究进展

摘　　要：脾,“主升清”“主运化”“主肌肉”,对应于现代医学的中枢神经系统、消化系统、骨骼肌的功能。胆碱能神经以ACh为递质,调控以上系统和器官的功能。脾和胆碱能神经在生理和病理上关系密切。此文综合既往研究,从中枢神经、消化系统、骨骼肌的生理功能及代表性疾病的角度阐释胆碱能神经与中医脾的相关性,以期丰富中医脾的脏象理论,揭示其现代科学内涵,并为从脾论治多种疾病提供新视角。Spleen,in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),functions as“governing rise of the clear”,“governing transportation and transformation”and“governing muscles”,which respectively corresponds to the function of central nervous system,digestive system and skeletal muscle in modern medicine.The cholinergic nerve regulates these systems and organ depends on ACh,a neurotransmitte.It is gradually revealed that spleen is closely related to cholinergic nerve in functions and pathogenesis.This paper reviewed related studies and tried to elucidate the correlation between spleen in TCM and cholinergic nerve via functions and representative diseases of central nervous system,digestive system and skeletal muscle,so as to enrich the visceral manifestation theory of spleen in TCM,interpret scientific connotation of spleen in TCM and provide new insights in treating various diseases through spleen.
