行动规制与精神驯化:日本对伪满新闻记者统制的考察

摘　　要：日本侵占中国东北后,为强化对舆论的钳制,对记者群体实施一系列的管制措施。这一统制过程逐步将直接暴力与结构暴力机制化与内在化。一方面通过伪满当局颁布《记者法》,将对记者的奖罚标准渗入社会体系;另一方面收编与笼络记者,利用教育与考试驯化记者的精神,进而培养与筛选出效忠日本的“皇民”记者。在这种反动统制的驱动下,侵略者的权力渗入记者日常生活的每一个角落,记者的行动与精神受到无所不在的压制。这类规制行动兼具复杂性和全面性,集中折射出日本对华文化宣传的侵略本质。After the Mukden Incident,Japan forcibly occupied Northeast China.In order to strengthen the suppression of public opinion,Japan implemented temporary freedom control on Chinese and foreign journalists by means of violence,making them serve as propagandists for the construction of a"Manchu and Mongolian new country".As the war of aggression against China continued,the Japanese invaders"perfected"their control over journalists,institutionalized and internalized direct violence and structural violence.On the one hand,the"Journalists Law"was promulgated by the puppet Manchukuo authorities to regulate the code of conduct for journalists and infiltrated Japan's standards of reward and punishment for journalists into the social system.On the other hand,it promoted officialpeople gatherings to recruit and attract journalists,tamed the spirit of journalists through education and examination,so as to cultivate and select out"imperial"journalists who were"naturally,normally and voluntarily"loyal to Japan.Driven by this reactionary control,the power of the Japanese invaders infiltrated every corner of the journalists'daily life,resulting in the ubiquitous suppression of their actions and spirits.The aggressiveness of Japanese propaganda is not only reflected in content and culture,but also in a set of regulatory actions.Such regulatory actions are more complex and comprehensive,concentrated reflecting in the aggressive nature of Japan's cultural propaganda against China.
