摘  要:以市购山西晋城风化煤为原料,对风化煤腐植酸的提取工艺进行了研究。采用碱溶酸析的方法,通过单因素试验和L_(9)(3^(4))正交试验,研究了固液比、氢氧化钾浓度、反应温度、加热时间对腐植酸提取率的影响。极差分析结果表明,固液比和加热时间是影响腐植酸提取的主要因素,碱溶酸析法提取风化煤中腐植酸的最佳条件为:固液比1∶20,加热时间35 min,氢氧化钾浓度3%,提取温度70℃。在此工艺条件下,腐植酸的提取率为84.59%。The extraction technology of humic acid from Shanxi weathered coal was studied.The effects of solid-liquid ratio,potassium hydroxide concentration,reaction temperature and heating time on the extraction yield of humic acid were studied by single factor test and L_(9)(3^(4))orthogonal test.The results of range analysis showed that the solid-liquid ratio and heating time were the key factors affecting the extraction of humic acid.The optimal conditions for extracting humic acid from weathered coal by alkalisoluble acid extraction were:solid-liquid ratio of 1:20,heating time of 35 min,KOH concentration of 3% and extraction temperature of 70℃.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of humic acid was 84.59%.
