摘 要:以云南省红河哈尼彝族自治州弥勒市新哨镇山兴村煤矿褐煤为原料,进行腐植酸磺甲基化提取磺化腐植酸钾试验。研究了同一矿区不同煤层煤质理化指标差异性,发现煤层不同,煤样灰分含量、总腐植酸含量、固定碳含量、pH值差异较大。进一步研究了煤质对磺化腐植酸钾产品品质及产率影响。结果显示,褐煤有机质含量对磺化腐植酸钾产品中的黄腐酸含量影响呈正相关,当褐煤有机质含量最高为77.51%,制得对应磺化腐植酸钾产品黄腐酸含量最高为56.21%;当褐煤有机质含量最低为61.07%时,制得对应磺化腐植酸钾产品黄腐酸含量最低为46.09%。煤样pH值对磺化腐植酸钾产品K_(2)O含量影响呈负相关,当煤样pH值最高为5.88时,制得对应磺化腐植酸钾产品K_(2)O含量最低为12.42%,当煤样pH值最低为3.39时,制得对应磺化腐植酸钾产品K_(2)O含量最高为17.48%。煤样灰分含量越高,磺化腐植酸钾产品产率越高,当煤样灰分含量最高为40.42%时,制得对应磺化腐植酸钾产品产率为最高84.97%;当灰分含量最低为8.78时,制得对应磺化腐植酸钾产品产率为最低60.93%。煤样灰分越高,黄腐酸转化率越高,当灰分含量最高为40.42%,制得对应磺化腐植酸钾产品黄腐酸转化率最高为97.18%;当灰分含量最低为8.78%时,制得对应磺化腐植酸钾产品黄腐酸转化率最低为63.29%。The lignite from Shanxing Village Coal Mine,Xinshao Town,Mile City,Honghe Hani Yi Autonomous Prefecture,Yunnan Province was used as raw material to extract sulfonated potassium humate(KHM)by sulfomethylation of humic acid.The differences of physical and chemical indexes of different coal seams in the same mining area were studied.It was found that the ash content,total humic acid content,fixed carbon content and pH value of coal samples varied greatly with different coal seams.The effects of coal quality on the quality and yield of sulfonated KHM was further studied.The results showed that the content of organic matter in lignite had a positive correlation with the content of fulvic acid in sulfonated KHM product.When the content of organic matter in lignite was 77.51%,the highest content of fulvic acid in the corresponding sulfonated KHM product was 56.21%;When the lowest organic content of lignite was 61.07%,the lowest fulvic acid content of the corresponding sulfonated KHM product was 46.09%.The effects of pH value of coal sample on K_(2)O content of sulfonated KHM product was negatively correlated.When the highest pH value of coal sample was 5.88,the lowest K_(2)O content of the corresponding sulfonated KHM product was 12.42%.When the lowest pH value of coal sample was 4.63,the highest K_(2)O content of the corresponding sulfonated KHM product was 17.48%.The higher the ash content of coal sample was,the higher the yield of sulfonated KHM was.When the ash content of coal sample reached 40.42%,the highest yield of sulfonated KHM was 84.97%;When the lowest ash content was 8.78%,the lowest yield of sulfonated KHM was 60.93%.The higher the ash content of coal sample was,the higher the conversion rate of fulvic acid was.When the ash content reached 40.42%,the highest conversion rate of fulvic acid of the corresponding sulfonated KHM product was 97.18%;When the lowest ash content was 8.78%,the conversion rate of fulvic acid of the corresponding sulfonated KHM product was 63.29%.
