摘 要:本文以桐子果壳为对象,探讨了不同改性条件的桐子果活性炭对废水中孔雀石绿(MG)和六价铬离子的吸附效果。并明确了制备生物质桐子果壳活性炭的最佳工艺及最佳参数:选用目数大于150目(直径<0.106mm)的桐子果壳与一定质量的氢氧化钠溶液浸渍,而后在氮气保护下的管式炉里900℃碳化活化3小时。30℃下,此制备工艺下的活性炭投加0.2 g于200 ml初始浓度为20 mg/L的MG溶液,在100minMG去除率已达到99.91%,其最大吸附量为102.3712 mg/g。活性炭投碳量为0.2 g,加于200 ml的MG溶液初始浓度为1 mg/L,在215 minCr(VI)去除率为74.42%。The adsorption of Chromium(vI)and chromium(VI)from wastewater by activated carbon of Jatropha curcas with different modification conditions was studied.The optimum technology and parameters for preparation of activated carbon from biomass Jatropha curcas Husk were determined as follows:Jatropha Curcas Husk with over 150 Mesh(diameter≪0.106 mm)and a certain quantity of sodium hydroxide solution were used for impregnation,then it was carbonized and activated for 3 hours at 900℃ in a tubular furnace protected by nitrogen.At 30℃,the activated carbon was added with 0.2 g to 200 ML MG/1 solution,the removal rate of 100 MG solution was 99.91%,and the maximum adsorption capacity was 102.3712 MG/g.The carbon content of activated carbon is 0.2 g,the initial concentration of 200 ML MG solution is 1 MG/1,and the removal rate of CR(VI)is 74.42%at 215 min.
