摘　　要：本文探究了强封堵聚磺钻井液对延长气田区块地层的封堵效果。通过研究膨润土含量、砂床颗粒粒径及厚度、封堵剂种类对强封堵聚磺钻井液封堵效果的影响,确定了膨润土含量增加会增强其封堵效果,但不能过高,否则会降低封堵性;砂床颗粒粒径越小和越薄越容易封堵;封堵剂类别差异影响其封堵效果,且含量越高封堵效果越好。现场试验结果表明:强封堵聚磺钻井液封堵性能明显优于一般聚磺钻井液,且对延长气田靖边区块具有较好的适用性,对井壁具有较好的保护作用,并降低了井径不规则率,减少了井漏情况,降低了井下事故率。This paper explores the plugging effect of strong plugging polysulfonate drilling fluid on the formation of Yanchang gas field block.By studying the effects of bentonite content,sand bed particle size and thickness and types of plugging agent on the plugging effect of strong plugging polysulfonate drilling fluid,it is determined that the increase of bentonite content will enhance the plugging effect,but not too high,otherwise the plugging performance will be reduced;The smaller and thinner the particle size of sand bed,the easier it is to block;The type difference of plugging agent affects its plugging effect,and the higher the content,the better the plugging effect.The field test results show that the plugging performance of strong plugging polysulfonate drilling fluid is obviously better than that of general polysulfonate drilling fluid,and has good applicability to Jingbian block of Yanchang gas field,good protection effect on well wall,reducing the irregular rate of well diameter,reducing well leakage and downhole accident rate.
