摘 要:动车组的车体低频晃动(以下简称“晃车”)问题将降低乘坐舒适性,晃车在不同的高铁线路、不同型号动车组上都时有出现,是困扰服役动车组的难题。文中通过对动车组与线路的轮轨调研测试,采用仿真的手段分析了不同轮轨型面匹配对晃车的影响。研究发现:基于60N钢轨设计廓形,建议廓形的偏差程度应控制在-0.2 mm以内,防止钢轨廓形负偏差过大引起的晃车;钢轨负偏差较钢轨不对称对晃车影响更大,建议左右轨都按正偏差打磨控制。当车轮出现异常磨耗将导致轮轨匹配等效锥度过低易引起晃车,服役动车组应尽量避免车轮踏面的异常磨耗,并及时旋修消除踏面异常磨耗。Low-frequency carbody swaying of EMUs will decrease ride comfort.Crabody swaying sometimes appears in different highspeed railway lines and different types of EMUs,which is a problem for EMU in service.This paper analyzes the influence of different wheel/rail profile matching on the swaying carbody by means of simulation analysis through the wheel/rail survey.The results show that:based on the 60N rail design profile,it is suggested that the deviation of profile should be controlled within-0.2 mm to prevent the sway caused by excessive negative deviation of rail profile.The negative deviation of rail has a greater impact on the swaying carbody than the rail asymmetry.It is suggested that both the left and right rails should be polished according to the positive deviation.Abnormal wear on wheel will lead to the wheel/rail matching equivalent conicity too low to cause carbody swaying,the EMU in service should avoid abnormal tread wear as far as possible and eliminate abnormal tread wear by rotating in time.
