摘 要:构架作为轨道车辆转向架的关键承载和传力部件,运行中承受各类复杂的静、动载荷工况,因此构架疲劳强度是车辆服役期内安全可靠运营的根本保障。DVS 1612准则作为构架强度评估标准,因与EN 15085焊接标准体系相关联,评估准确性和可靠度优势明显,近些年在行业内逐渐推广应用开来。文中详述基于DVS 1612准则下的构架设计过程,以及基于该准则下的构架静强度和疲劳强度评估方法,并对所设计构架进行强度了评估。As the main loading and force transmitting structure of rail vehicles,the bogie frame bears various complex static and dynamic load conditions during operation.Therefore,the fatigue strength is the guarantee for the safe and reliable operation of the vehicle during its whole life.DVS 1612,as the evaluation standard of frame strength,has obvious advantages in accuracy and reliability due to its combination with EN 15085 welding standard system.In this paper,the design process of frame based on DVS 1612,the static strength and fatigue strength evaluation method based on DVS 1612 are described in detail,and evaluated the strength of the designed bogie frame.
