摘　　要：文中首先介绍了线缆线束在铁路行业车辆产品上的重要作用,然后介绍了线束在应用过程中如果与金属构件接触、有干涉的情况下缺少防护,产品长时间运行,尤其在恶劣的运行环境和复杂工况下,可能会出现线束外皮磨损、磕碰、划伤等问题,会给产品带来质量和安全隐患。通过介绍几种常用的线束防护形式、应用的场合、优缺点对比,为产品在应用过程中的防护选择提供参考。同时针对每种防护形式,综合考虑后对每种防护方式推荐了常用的材料,并对材料性能进行了说明。Firstly,this paper introduces the important role of cable harness in vehicle products of railway industry,and then introduces the influence when the harness contacting with metal components in the process of application,after the product runs for a long time,especially under harsh operating environment and complex working conditions.The harness skin may be worn,bumped,scratched and so on,It will bring hidden dangers to product quality and safety.By introducing several common harness protection forms,application occasions,advantages and disadvantages,it provides a reference for the protection selection of products in the application process.At the same time,common materials are recommended for each protection mode after comprehensive consideration,and the material properties are described.
