摘 要:转向架是铁道车辆的核心部件之一,其性能决定着铁道车辆的运行稳定性和舒适性。转向架在兼顾横向稳定性和小曲线通过能力的同时,还需要保证其结构的可靠性和可维护性。不同的能力需求往往对转向架结构和参数的要求是矛盾的。近年来,日本在新型转向架的开发方面持续进行了一系列探索,通过引入控制技术或结构优化来提升转向架的综合性能,开发应用于不同场合的新型转向架,文中对其近年来取得的进展进行综述。Being one of the key components of railway vehicles,the bogie’s performance determines the running stability and passenger comfort of railway vehicles.While balancing the lateral stability and small curve passing capacity,the bogie also needs to ensure the reliability and maintainability.However,different capacity requirements generaly offer contradictory requirements for bogie structure and parameters.In recent years,Japan has continuously carried out a series of explorations in the development of new bogies,and improved the comprehensive performance of bogies by introducing control technology or structural optimization for different occasions.This paper reviews its progress made in recent years.
