二系横向减振器常通孔径与城际列车平稳性匹配性研究

摘  要:二系横向减振器对车辆的平稳性影响较大,城际列车与二系横向减振器常通孔的合理匹配能够提高车辆的动力学性能。基于多体动力学软件UM和车辆系统动力学理论、车辆动力学拓扑关系,完成城际列车动力学模型的建立,对减振器的结构和工作原理进行介绍,通过减振器台架试验绘制不同的常通孔尺寸下的减振器阻尼特性曲线;在不同的速度工况和常通孔尺寸下,基于车体振动水平及车辆运行平稳性评价,完成城际列车与二系横向减振器常通孔径的匹配,并进行安全性指标校核。研究表明,在所关注常通孔径范围内,随着孔径的增大,车体振动加速度呈现先减小后增大的趋势,平稳性指标也先减小后增大;在不同的常通孔径情况下,随着运行速度的增大,横向Sperling指标始终都在增大,且增幅较明显,垂向Sperling指标值并非单调上升,选择常通孔径为1.1 mm时,车辆的平稳性与二系横向减振器匹配最佳,且安全性指标均在安全限界内。The second-stage transverse damper has a great influence on the stability of the vehicle.The reasonable matching of the constant-flow hole between the intercity train and the secondary lateral damper can improve the dynamic performance of the vehicle.Based on multi-body dynamics software UM and vehicle system dynamics theory,the vehicle dynamics topology map is drawn to complete the establishment of intercity train model.The structure and working principle of the damper are introduced.The damping characteristic curve of the damper under different constant flow hole sizes is drawn by the damper bench test.Under different speed conditions and constant flow hole sizes,the vehicle stability index is evaluated to match the constant flow aperture of the intercity train and the secondary lateral damper,and the safety indicators are verified.Research has shown that with the increase of the normal aperture,the running acceleration of the train shows a trend of first decreasing and then increasing,and the smoothness index also decreases first and then increases;Under different normal aperture conditions,as the operating speed increases,the lateral Sperling index always increases,and the amplitude change is also significant,the vertical Sperling index value is not monotonically increasing.When constant flow aperture of 1.1 mm is selected,the running quality of the vehicle is best matched with the secondary lateral damper,and the safety indicators are within the safety limit.
