摘 要:针对CRH2A/2C平台动车组干燥装置板式止回阀漏风问题,通过系统分析,寻找故障原因。根据故障原因优化板式止回阀阀芯橡胶材质,由低腈丁腈橡胶更改为中高腈丁腈橡胶,提高了橡胶耐油性,避免长期使用后因橡胶破损导致的漏风问题。Aiming at the air leakage problem of the plate check valve in the drying device of CRH2A/2C platform EMU,through systematic analysis,the cause of the failure was found,and the rubber material of the valve core of the plate check-valve was optimized according to failure reasons,and the rubber was changed from low nitrile rubber to medium high nitrile rubber,which improved the oil resistance of the rubber and avoided the air leakage problem caused by rubber breakage after long-term use.
