摘　　要：调理脾胃针法是结合《黄帝内经》理论,以及在历代医家重视脾胃学术思想的启发下,创立的一种用于恢复脾胃升降运化功能的针刺方法。调理脾胃针法的立论依据本于脾胃的生理功能和生理特性。针方遵循升降失常胃病之本,治当通调;刚燥柔润脾胃之性,治当润燥;受纳运化脾胃之能,治当消化。诸穴合用,使中焦气机升降有序,脾胃健运有常,气血得化,精微得布,脏腑百骸得以濡养。The acupuncture method of regulating spleen and stomach is a kind of acupuncture method developed by the author in combination with the theory of Huangdi Neijing and inspired by the academic thought of doctors in the past dynasties,which is used to restore the ascending,descending,transportation and transformation function of spleen and stomach.The theory of spleen and stomach acupuncture is based on the physiological function and characteristics of the spleen and stomach.The acupuncture manipulation and acuppoints prescription follow these principles:The essence of stomach disorders is abnormal ascending and descending,which should be regulated.The characteristics of spleen and stomach is firm and dryness,which should be moistening.The function of spleen and stomach is reception,so digestion function should be enhanced.With the proper acupoints prescription,the ascending and descending of qi in the middle jiao,the transportation of spleen and stomach,the producing of qi and blood,and the distribution of essence would be promoted,thus zang-fu organs and skeleton could be nourished.
