经筋排刺法对髂胫束综合征下肢功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探析髂胫束综合征患者应用经筋排刺法治疗的临床价值。方法选取2020年5月至2022年5月在成都市双流区中医医院康复一科接受治疗的70例髂胫束综合征患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组各35例。对照组应用双氯芬酸钠缓释片治疗,每次75 mg,每日1次;试验组应用经筋排刺法治疗,采用平补平泻法,留针30 min,每日1次。2组患者均连续治疗14 d。比较2组临床疗效、美国膝关节协会评分(KSS)、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分及复发率。结果试验组治愈22例,有效11例,无效2例,总有效率94.29%(33/35);对照组治愈15例,有效10例,无效10例,总有效率71.43%(25/35),试验组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(χ^(2)=6.437,P<0.05)。试验组VAS评分为(2.47±1.10)分,低于对照组[(4.66±1.05)分](t=8.520,P<0.05);试验组KSS评分为(70.48±5.16)分,高于对照组[(63.76±5.20)分](t=5.427,P<0.05)。试验组复发率为8.57%(3/35),对照组复发率为28.57%(10/35),试验组复发率明显低于对照组(χ^(2)=4.629,P<0.05)。结论应用经筋排刺法治疗髂胫束综合征患者,有助于减轻疼痛,改善患者下肢功能,降低病情复发率,获得更理想的疗效。Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture on meridian sinew on lower limb function in iliotibial band syndrome.Methods A total of 70 patients with iliotibial band syndrome who visited the outpatient department of shuangliu district traditional Chinese medicine hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly devided into the experimental group(35 cases)and the control group(35 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets,75 mg,once a day,and the experimental group was given acupuncture treatment on meridian sinew for 30 minutes after neutral reinforcement and reduction once a day,both groups were treated for 14 days.After treatment,the clinical efficacy,pain visual analog scale(VAS)score,Ameican knee society knee score(KSS)and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results In the experimental group,22 cases were cured,11 cases were effective,and 2 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 94.29%(33/35).The control group had 15 cured cases,10 effective cases,and 10 ineffective cases,with a total effective rate of 71.43%(25/35).The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(χ^(2)=6.437,P<0.05).The VAS score of the experimental group was(2.47±1.10)points,lower than that of the control group[(4.66±1.05)points](t=8.520,P<0.05);The KSS score of the experimental group was(70.48±5.16)points,which was higher than that of the control group[(63.76±5.20)points](t=5.427,P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the experimental group was 8.57%(3/35),while the recurrence rate in the control group was 28.57%(10/35).The recurrence rate in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(χ^(2)=4.629,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of acupuncture on meridian sinew to treat patients with iliotibial band syndrome can help alleviate pain,improve lower limb function,reduce disease recurrence rate,an
