摘　　要：通过对“梅花灸”进行探析,旨在明确该灸法在治疗虚寒型胃系疾病中的作用。通过分析中医经典书籍中与脾胃相关条文,阐述脾胃的生理特性,明确胃气和胃阳在脾胃正常生理活动中的重要地位。依据脾胃的生理特征及胃气和胃阳的重要性,分别从艾灸取穴和操作选药等方面综合对梅花灸进行探析,并结合近代相关文献研究,阐明该方法对于顾护脾胃及治疗虚寒型脾胃疾病具有可行性的理论依据。进一步论述梅花灸治疗虚寒型胃系疾病的合理性,希望为临床治疗虚寒型胃系疾病提供新思路。By analyzing the"plum moxibustion",this paper aims to clarify the role of the moxibustion in the treatment of deficiency and cold gastric diseases.First of all,this paper expounds the physiological characteristics of the spleen and stomach by analyzing the relevant provisions of the spleen and stomach,and clarifies the important position of stomach qi and stomach Yang in the normal physiological activities of the spleen and stomach.Secondly,according to the physiological characteristics of the spleen and stomach and the importance of gastric qi and gastric Yang,the plum moxibustion was analyzed from the aspects of moxibustion and drug selection,and combined with the relevant modern literature research,the method has the feasibility of protecting the spleen and stomach and treating the deficiency and cold spleen and stomach diseases.Finally,relevant clinical cases were recorded and analyzed to further discuss the rationality of plum moxibustion in the treatment of deficiency cold type gastric diseases,hoping to provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of deficiency cold type gastric diseases.
