摘  要:针对铜基电镀银在隔离开关梅花触头方面的应用环境,通过大气腐蚀、电化学腐蚀及摩擦磨损试验探究了铜基体及其电镀不同厚度(10、15和20μm)银层后的耐蚀性和耐磨性。结果表明,对铜基体电镀银能够提高其耐蚀性和耐磨性,银镀层厚度为10μm时具有最佳的耐腐蚀和耐磨性。As for the application environment of silver-coated copper on the tulip contacts of disconnecting switch,silver coatings with different thicknesses were electroplated on brass.The corrosion resistance and wear resistance of brass and silver coatings were studied by atmospheric corrosion test,electrochemical corrosion test,and friction and wear test.The results showed that the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of brass could be improved by silver electroplating.The 10μm-thick silver coating featured the best corrosion and wear resistance.
