摘  要:介绍了适用于紫铜和黄铜的阳极氧化工艺,溶液组成和工艺条件为:氢氧化钠150~200 g/L,钼酸铵0.1~0.3 g/L,温度80~90°C,电流密度0.6~1.5 A/dm^(2),空气搅拌或机械搅拌,时间20~30 min。所得阳极氧化膜厚度为4~5μm,呈黑色,附着力良好,但需要进一步封闭方可获得较好的耐蚀性。An anodic oxidation process for red copper and brass was introduced.The bath composition and process conditions are as follows:sodium hydroxide 150-200 g/L,ammonium molybdate 0.1-0.3 g/L,temperature 80-90°C,current density 0.6-1.5 A/dm^(2),air agitation or mechanical stirring,and time 20-30 min.The anodic oxide film obtained is black with a thickness of 4-5μm,and adhered tightly to the substrate.It is better to conduct sealing treatment after anodic oxidation to improve the corrosion resistance of anodic oxide film.
