摘 要:异种铝合金焊接产生的材料优良特性的联合对于零部件服役性能的提升至关重要,但材料成分和物化性能的不同导致的冶金问题增加了异种材料连接的难度。研究了6063/7075铝合金熔化极惰性气体保护(MIG)焊工艺与接头综合性能的关系。结果表明,与单面焊相比,双面焊接头金相组织更加均匀,晶粒细化,力学性能基本相当。双面焊接工艺沿焊缝方向的平均峰值残余应力、纵向残余应力和横向残余应力较低。双面焊焊缝具有最低的腐蚀电流密度和最正的腐蚀电位,具有更好的耐蚀性。双面焊接工艺改善了焊缝的耐蚀性。The combination of excellent properties of dissimilar aluminum alloy materials produced by welding is of vital importance for the improvement of the parts’service performance.However,the metallurgical problems due to the differences in material compositions and in physical&chemical properties increase the difficulty for successful welding.This paper studies the relationship between the metal inert-gas(MIG)process and the comprehensive performance of 6063/7075 aluminum alloy joint.The results show that the metallographic structure of the double-side welding joint is more uniform and refined compared with that of the single-side welding joint,but the mechanical properties are basically equal.The double-side process gives lower average peak residual stress,longitudinal residual stress,and lateral residual stress along the weld.Both processes yield the lowest hardness value at the 6063 side,which is a little higher than that of the base material.The weld and the 7075 side show lower hardness under the double-side welding process.The double-side weld shows the highest corrosion resistance with lowest corrosion current density and most positive corrosion potential.The result indicates that double-side welding process improves the corrosion resistance of the weld.
