摘 要:以甲苯二异氰酸酯与聚四氢呋喃多元醇为原料合成了端异氰酸酯预聚物,以Incozol 4为潜固化剂制备了不同异氰酸酯基含量的单组分聚氨酯材料。通过红外光谱分析、动态力学分析、热重和机械强度分析等方法,考察了异氰酸酯基含量对单组分聚氨酯材料性能的影响。结果表明:随着异氰酸酯基含量的升高,单组分聚氨酯材料的阻尼因子峰值不断降低,玻璃化转变温度升高(向高温方向偏移);材料的热分解温度下降且温度范围变宽;材料的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率均升高,而吸水率呈下降趋势。Terminal isocyanate prepolymers were synthesized with toluene diisocyanate and polytetrahydrofuran polyol.One-component polyurethane materials with different isocyanate group contents were prepared with Incozol 4 as a latent curing agent.The influence of isocyanate group content on the properties of one-component polyurethane was investigated by using infrared spectroscopy,dynamic mechanical analysis,thermogravimetric analysis,and mechanical strength analysis.The results show that with the increase of isocyanate group content,the peak value of damping factor decreases continuously and the glass transition temperature increases(shifts to the high temperature);the thermal decomposition temperature decreases and the temperature range widens;the tensile strength and elongation at break increase while the water absorption rate decreases.
