摘 要:为了有效降低矿井用10kV集中绕组式高压永磁直驱电机的质量和体积、永磁体的涡流损耗,提高电机的转矩密度和散热能力,基于有限元法对电磁方案进行优化设计,计算了电机的空载特性和负载特性。对样机进行性能指标验证,结果表明有限元分析与试验结果基本一致,验证了电磁设计方案的正确性,为此类电机的优化设计提供了参考。In order to effectively reduce the mass,volume&permanent magnet current loss of the 10 kV mining high voltage permanent magnet direct drive motor with the centralized windings and improve the torque density and heat dissipation capability of the motor,the electromagnetic scheme design is optimized by the finite element method while the no-load and load characteristics of the motor are calculated.The performance data of the prototype are verified and the results show that the FEM analysis result is consistent with the experimental data,verifying the correctness of the electromagnetic design scheme and providing reference for the optimal design of same kind of motors.
