摘　　要：对励磁机开裂磁钢开展失效分析。通过对磁钢进行化学成分、力学性能和断口分析,确定了磁钢开裂失效的原因,并提出了改进措施。Failure analysis on the magnetic steel cracking occurred in exciters is carried out.The causes of cracked magnet failure are determined and improvement measures are proposed,through analyzing the chemical composition,mechanical properties and fracture of the magnets steel.
