摘　　要：以苯酚型环氧酚醛树脂和腰果油改性酚醛胺为成膜树脂,通过加入一定量的颜填料,研制了一种环氧酚醛耐高温高压防腐蚀涂料。该涂料具有良好的柔韧性、耐冲击性、耐盐雾性和耐化学介质性能,能够适用于高温150℃、高压20 MPa的环境,在油田压力容器内防腐、油套管防腐、污水罐防腐等领域具有广阔的应用前景。With epoxy phenolic resin and cashew oil modified phenolic aldehyde amine as film forming resins,a epoxy-phenolic high temperature and high pressure resistant anti-corrosive coatings was prepared by adding a certain amount of pigments and fillers.The coatings has good flexibility,impact resistance,salt spray resistance and chemical medium resistance and is suitable for the condition of high temperature(150℃)and high pressure(20 MPa).It has broad application prospect in the fields of internal anti-corrosion of oil field pressure vessels,oil casing anti-corrosion and sewage tank anti-corrosion,etc.
