摘 要:对汽车涂料的闪烁度、闪烁强度、闪烁区域的概念进行了介绍。从涂料类型、效应颜料、喷涂方式3个方面对涂料闪烁度的影响进行研究。结果表明:在同等条件下,溶剂型涂料的闪烁度高于水性涂料;效应颜料的粒径越大,添加量越多,涂料的闪烁度越高;对于同种涂料而言,采用空气喷涂的涂料闪烁度相比静电喷涂的更高。The concepts of scintillation degree,scintillation intensity and scintillation region of automobile coatings were introduced.The influences of paint types,effect pigments and spray methods on the scintillation degree of the automobile coatings were studied.The results showed that under the same condition,the scintillation degree of solventbased coatings is higher than that of water-based coatings.The larger the particle size is,the higher the scintillation degree of the coatings will be.The more effect pigment added,the higher the scintillation degree of the coatings will be.For the same coatings,the scintillation degree of the coatings sprayed with air is higher than that of coatings sprayed with static electricity.
