摘　　要：通过对主树脂、单体、改性有机硅树脂、抗污助剂、硬质填料和光引发剂等进行筛选,制备了一种UV光固化耐磨耐污生物基面漆。该面漆具有高环保性、耐磨性、耐污性,并且含有生物基碳,能满足儿童玩具高标准的检测要求。By selecting of UV resins,monomers,modified silicone resins,stain-resistant agents,hard fillers and photo initiators,a UV curing wear-resistant and stain-resistant bio-based topcoat was prepared.The topcoat with biological carbon has high environmentally-friendly property,wear-resistance,stain-resistance and meet the high inspection requirements for children’s toys.
