摘　　要：结合PK货箱绑绳钩(圆管)喷涂过程中反复出现的批量色差质量问题,分析了人工喷涂深色金属漆产生色差的原因,并提出了一系列有效的控制手段及防止逃逸流出方法。Combined with the repeated batch chromatism quality problems in the painting process of PK cargo box rope hook(round pipe),the paper analyzed the causes of color difference of dark metallic paint by manual spraying.A series of effective control measures and methods to prevent e scape and outflow were put forward.
