安徽省建筑反射隔热涂料的应用技术要点

摘　　要：概述了建筑反射隔热涂料的主要品种和建筑反射隔热涂料产品标准、应用技术规程等,重点介绍建筑反射隔热涂料的工程应用技术,主要内容有工程应用时的一些基本要求、涂层系统的基本构造、热工设计和施工技术等。其中,基本要求包括节能要求、对建筑反射隔热涂料工程维修或翻新的基本要求、对材料(涂料、涂层配套材料)性能的要求、对材料相容性要求、当建筑反射隔热涂料应用于外墙外保温系统时,所形成的建筑反射隔热涂料-外墙外保温系统的技术性能要求等;热工设计问题包括基本原则、等效涂料热阻计算方法、传热系数计算方法;施工技术包括基本施工工序和各工序的实施细则等。The main varieties and standards of products and application technology for architectural reflective thermal insulation coatings were overviewed.The project apply technology was emphasized.The main contents were some basic requests in project application,basic construct of the coating system,thermal design and construction technology,etc.These basic requests included save-energy request,the basic requests for engineering maintenance or renovate of architectural reflective thermal insulation coatings,the request of material properties(coatings and paint-film supporting facilities material),the request of material compatibility,the technology request for material property of the architectural reflective thermal insulation coatings-exterior wall energy conservation system when it is used in the exterior wall energy conservation system.The thermal design problem included basic principle,the calculation mothed of equivalent thermal resistance of coatings,the calculation mothed of heat-transfer coefficient.The construction technology included the basic construction procedures and the implementation rules of the each procedure,etc.
