摘　　要：聚天门冬氨酸酯树脂虽然是仲氨基且带有马来酸酯的大空间位阻,但其反应活性较一般羟基树脂快得多,这导致聚天门冬氨酸酯涂料适用期较短,影响了涂料的正常施工。主要通过研究聚天门冬氨酸酯树脂、固化剂、水分及未反应的伯胺、增塑剂和活性稀释剂对聚天门冬氨酸酯涂料适用期的影响,结合实际应用情况,达到实现延长涂料适用期的目的。Although the polyaspartate resin has secordary-amino group and a large steric hindrance of maleate,its reactivity is much faster than that of common hydroxyl resin,which results in a short pot life of the coatings and affects the construction of polyaspartate coatings.In this paper,the effects of polyaspartate resins,curing agents,water,unreacted primary amine,plasticizer and active diluent on the coatings’pot life were researched in order to prolong the pot life of coatings combined with the practical ap plication.
