摘  要:借助通风性能参数检测装置,通过调整通风量开展大豆粮堆通风试验,检测通风阻力特性相关参数,结果表明:通风试验过程中,随着粮面表观风速和风量的增加,大豆粮堆的单位粮层阻力也逐渐增加,且涨幅随粮面表观风速的增大而提高。穿网阻力随粮面表观风速的提高而逐渐增大,两者呈幂函数关系。大豆粮堆的通风均匀度达99.2%以上,受通风方式和风量的影响较小,与粮层厚度呈正相关。This study conducted a ventilation test on soybeans grain piles by adjusting the ventilation rate,and used a ventilation performance parameter detection device to detect the relevant parameters of ventilation resistance characteristics.The results showed that:during the ventilation test,the unit grain layer resistance of soybean grain piles gradually increased with the increase of surface wind speed and air volume,and the increase increased with the increase of surface wind speed.The net penetration resistance increased with the increase of the apparent wind speed on the grain surface,and the relationship between the two was a Power function.When the ventilation uniformity of soybean grain piles reached over 99.2%,it was less affected by the ventilation method and air volume,and was positively correlated with the thickness of the grain layer.
