摘  要:对我库7号仓安装的粮食水分在线检测系统进行小麦水分检测效果分析:小麦储存一定时间后,抽取仓内30根测水电缆,上、中、下3层共90个位置的小麦样品采用国标105℃烘箱法测定其水分含量,并与粮食水分在线检测系统检测结果进行比对分析,从而对该系统的检测效果进行评价。研究结果表明:粮食水分在线检测系统与国标方法检测数值间无显著性差异,适用于高大平房仓内小麦水分含量的快速测定。Analyzed the inspection effect of wheat moisture for the online grain moisture detection system in warehouse No.7:After the wheat stored for a period of time,90 wheat samples in the warehouse were selected to check the moisture content by using 105℃oven method,and compared and analyzed with the results of online grain moisture detection system,so as to evaluate the inspection effect of this system.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the values between the online grain moisture detection system and the 105℃oven method.So the system was suitable for the rapid determination of wheat moisture content in the large horizontal warehouse.
