摘　　要：高校思政课教学质量的真正提高,不但需要思政课教师主导作用的积极发挥,还需要学生主体作用的充分发挥。事实上大学生群体对思政课的反应并不是理想的整齐划一,而是有层次性的。层次之间又是互相影响,互相作用的。先进层次具有明显的示范引领作用,它直接关乎大学生主体作用能否切实得以实现。因此,培养思政课学生骨干队伍就是一项十分重要的工作。思政课学生骨干队伍的培养只靠马克思主义学院自身的努力是远远不够的,必须与学生所在的二级学院党组织深度融合共同培养。本文是在长春人文学院思想政治理论教研部工作实践的基础之上,对共同培养思政课学生骨干队伍机制的探索。The real improvement of the teaching quality of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities requires not only the active play of the leading role of ideological and political teachers,but also the full play of students'main role.In fact,the reflection of college students on the ideological and political course is not ideal and uniform,but hierarchical.The levels influence and interact each other.The advanced level has an obvious demonstration and leading role,which is directly related to whether the main role of college students can be effectively brought into play.Therefore,it is a very important job to cultivate the backbone of ideological and political students.It is far from enough to cultivate the backbone team of ideological and political students only by the efforts of Marxist colleges themselves,and it must be deeply integrated with the party organizations of the secondary colleges where the students are located.Based on the practice of the teaching and research department of ideological and political theory in Changchun Institute of Humanities,this paper explores the mechanism of jointly cultivating the backbone team of ideological and political students.
