摘  要:针对Starlink一期卫星与我国地球同步静止轨道(GEO)卫星之间的同频干扰问题,首先以载干比为干扰评价指标,搭建了Starlink星座与我国GEO卫星通信系统馈电链路下行干扰模型,设计了单颗Starlink卫星和Starlink一期星座系统的干扰仿真场景;其次,在Ka频段下,仿真分析了单颗Starlink卫星和Starlink一期星座的干扰仿真场景对我国GEO卫星馈电链路下行信号的时域干扰,包括干扰时间段、实时干扰情况、干扰时间占比和等效功率通量密度。仿真结果表明:GEO地面信关站(Beijing站)一天内受到来自Starlink星座的有害干扰时间百分比为2.64%,远远超过了国际电信联盟标准化组织(ITU)-RS.1528的卫星系统干扰保护标准规定的0.1%,Beijing站接收端的等效功率通量密度(EPFD)以及多个地区GEO地面信关站接收端的EPFD均不能满足ITU的限值要求。采取增大天线尺寸的方法可降低干扰程度。仿真得出的结果可以为我国对Starlink星座的影响分析和后续的处置手段提供参考。In response to the issue of co frequency interference between Starlink Phase I satellite and China’s Geosynchronous Earth Orbit(GEO)satellite,a downlink interference model for the Starlink constellation and China’s GEO satellite communication feed link is built using the carrier to interference ratio(CAR)as the interference evaluation index.and the interference simulation scenario of a single Starlink satellite and Starlink Phase I constellation is designed;Secondly,in the Ka frequency band,the time domain interference of single Starlink satellite and Starlink Phase I constellation on the downlink signal of China’s GEO satellite feed link is simulated and analyzed,including the interference time period,real-time interference situation,the proportion of interference time and the equivalent power flux density.The simulation results show that the proportion of time that GEO earth-gate-station(Beijing station)is subject to harmful interference from Starlink constellation within one day is 2.64%,which is far more than 0.1%specified in ITU-RS.1528 satellite system interference protection standard.The EPFD of the receiving end of Beijing station and the EPFD of the receiving end of GEO ground signal stations in many regions can not meet the ITU limit requirements.Increasing the antenna size can reduce the percentage of interference time.The simulation results can provide reference for the threat analysis and subsequent countermeasures of Starlink constellation in China.
