摘  要:针对传统建筑墙体的隔热性能不足,能源消耗较高的问题,分析玻璃砖在被动式绿色建筑墙体结构节能改造中的应用。通过BIM技术中的Revit软件和Ecotect能耗分析软件建立建筑墙体结构模型,模拟分析能耗。通过改造建筑墙体参数降低建筑能耗至最小值,建立目标函数,引入一种灰狼寻优算法对其求解,得到建筑墙体结构节能改造方案。算例分析结果表明,玻璃砖年总能耗分别为预制木质外墙挂板方案的66%、保温板方案的63%、泡沫混凝土复合墙板方案的56%。玻璃砖的应用对于被动式绿色建筑墙体结构节能改造具有良好的效果。The inadequate thermal insulation performance of traditional building walls requires reliance on heating and cooling systems to maintain indoor comfort temperatures,resulting in high energy consumption.In response to this problem,this article analyzes the application of glass bricks in energy-saving renovation of passive green building wall structures.Building wall structure models are established through Revit software and Ecotect energy consumption analysis software in BIM technology to simulate and analyze energy consumption.By modifying building wall parameters to reduce building energy consumption to the minimum,with the establishment of an objective function,and through introducing a Grey Wolf optimization algorithm to solve it,the energy-saving reconstruction scheme for building wall structures is obtained.The results of example analysis show that the annual total energy consumption of glass brick is 66%of that of prefabricated wooden wall cladding,63%of that of insulation board,and 56%of that of foam concrete composite wallboard.The application of glass bricks has a good effect on the energy-saving transformation of passive green building wall structures.
