“三全育人”视域下高校传媒育人的“危”与“机”

摘　　要：全媒体时代,传播环境的改变给高校传媒带来了“危”与“机”,“三全育人”视域下,高校传媒要从高校和高校传媒自身实际出发,挖掘自身优势,构建适应媒体融合发展和具有高校特色的融媒体中心,打造一支新型全媒体采编队伍,化“危”为“机”,开展传媒育人。In the era of new media,changes in the media communication environment have brought about crisis-related danger and op‐portunity.From the perspective of the three integrated whole education,the university media and press are supposed to gain their own competitive edge over the traditional media and establish the center of convergence media which is adaptable to the integrated media development and with the characteristics of the university.In this way,the new all-media editorial team will be formed,which is capable of turning dangers into opportunities and carry out the mission of media education.
