运用CiteSpace软件可视化分析反流性食管炎研究热点与发展趋势

摘　　要：目的:运用CiteSpace 5.7.R2可视化软件分析2011年1月1日-2021年12月1日治疗反流性食管炎领域的研究热点以及未来发展方向,为后续科研提供参考。方法:检索中国知网数据库2011年1月1日-2021年12月1日相关文献,使用CiteSpace 5.7.R2软件分别对作者、机构和关键词进行共现分析。结果:共纳入文献3037篇;核心作者有袁红霞、唐艳萍等;主要研究机构包括天津中医药大学、南京中医药大学、北京中医药大学等。聚类关键词有奥美拉唑、莫沙必利、临床疗效、幽门螺杆菌等;突现关键词有食管、食管炎、中西医结合疗法、曲美布汀等。结论:反流性食管炎领域的研究热点主要为中医药治疗、中西医结合治疗,以及反流性食管炎与食管腺癌的关系。对该病发病机制、结合抗抑郁药物治疗以及营养干预等方面也将会在未来继续深入研究。Objective:To explore the research status and future development direction from 2011 to 2021 in the treatment of reflux esophagitis(RE)by using CiteSpace 5.7.R2 visualization software.Methods:Relevant literature published by CNKI from 2011 to 2021 was retrieved,and co-occurrence analysis was performed on authors,institutions and keywords using CiteSpace 5.7.R2 software.Results:Totally 3037 articles were included.The core authors included YUAN Hongxia,TANG Yanping,etc..The main research institutions were the Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Keywords clustering mainly includes Omeprazole,Mosapride,clinical effect,helicobacter pylori.The clustering keywords mainly include sophagus,esophagiti,integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,trimebutine.Conclusion:The main research topics in the field of reflux esophagitis are traditional Chinese medicine,integrated Chinese medicine and Western medicine treatment,and the relationship between reflux esophagitis and esophageal adenocarcinoma.The pathogenesis of the disease,combining antidepressant treatment,and nutritional interventions will continue to be further studied in the future.
