摘　　要：在我国社会主义现代化建设进程中,行政复议制度发挥着极为重要的作用。当前在我国行政复议实施过程中,由于行政复议范围不清、行政复议机关独立性差、行政复议人员总量不足且专业性不强等因素,严重的影响了行政复议工作的实施。对此,在了解我国行政复议存在问题的基础上,进一步从扩大行政复议的受案和审查范围、设立相对独立的行政复议委员会、加强行政复议机关工作人员队伍建设等方面提出优化之策,以期更好地发挥行政复议的作用,推进我国社会主义民主政治建设。In the process of China's socialist modernization,the administrative reconsideration system plays an extremely important role.However,the implementation of administrative reconsideration work has been seriously affected due to factors such as unclear scope of administrative reconsideration,poor independence of administrative reconsideration organs,insufficient total number of administrative reconsideration personnel and weak professionalism.In this regard,on the basis of understanding the existing problems of administrative reconsideration in China,this study puts forward optimization measures from the aspects of expanding the scope of administrative reconsideration and review,establishing a relatively independent administrative reconsideration committee,and strengthening the construction of the staff team of administrative reconsideration organs,so as to better play the role of administrative reconsideration and promote the construction of socialist democratic politics in China.
